1. How long are shipping times?
Your order will be processed by Blu Chéri within 24-48 hours. Your item(s) will ship from the warehouse within one to five days after your order processes, and then takes approximately 10 to 20 days to reach your doorstep. Due to Covid-19 shipping may be delayed.
For faster shipping we offer an expedited shipping option. Please select at checkout.
2. What's your return policy?
Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your returned item(s) at email@example.com. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.
We are unable to refund any lost packages during the return process.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order--if it is the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. Please include your order number in the subject line.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase. Item(s) must meet the following requirements to be eligible for an exchange: unwashed, unused, original tags attached, and placed in the original packaging. Please include a detailed message that outlines the specific item(s) being exchanged and your desired item(s), including the following: name, size and color of the new item(s). Unfortunately, we will not be able to immediately process exchange orders that do not have the aforementioned details included. Please mail the items to be exchanged to the return address below.
